Had an easy, no pressure sales quote from Eticom. The sales representative was very accommodating when needing to reschedule the appointment, he was courteous and to the point. Sales quote was thorough and informative. Sales representative answered all my questions and stated he'd be available to answer any questions after he left if need be. Just got these windows installed this summer. They are gorgeous, and the quality is really great. Modern, European-style windows have brought attention to our house.
